Just popping in quickly to let you know the good news, you know, just in case you didn’t hear the HALLELUJAH from where you are.
The repeat ultrasound showed a nice jump in amniotic fluid levels, to within the normal range. I’m on strict orders to drink like a fish, take it easy and come back in more frequently for BPPs (biophysical profiles). That’s where the doctor measures heartbeats, fetal movements/breathing and fluid levels. I’ll likely be getting those weekly. I’m not stranger to them after Luke.
I wish, so badly, that the interwebs allowed me to give each of you a hug. I felt your presence in the car before I headed into the appointment, in the ultrasound room and with my doctor. Y’all are amazing people of prayer. Thank you for sharing your valuable time with God with our family.
I’m off to drink some water and eat ice cream to celebrate. Woo Hoo!!
40 weeks. Here. We. Come.
Thank God!

Praise Jesus <3
Thank you, God! Hugs!
So glad to hear the news that baby is staying put for awhile. I really learned a lot about hydration during my last 2 pregnancies. For me, lack of water= contractions and rise in BP. So I learned to drink a lot. Cranberry juice with lots of ice was my best friend because I just couldn’t stomach the 10 glasses of water and had to get it in there somehow. I too remember the fear after a traumatic second pregnancy. I can promise you that it’ll make this birth (no matter what shape and form) even sweeter. Good luck to you and prayers being said for you in Pennsylvania!
Thanks so much for keeping us posted.! I’m sure I’m not the only one anxiously awaiting the timely arrival of #6! Just keep drinking that water and try to relax.
May God continue to bless you and your family!
