Anybody out there have one of these? I did not realize when the OB yelled out “It’s a girl” just how drama-filled life could be. Mom/Dad, surely I was not this sassy?
The following scenarios:
Missing flip flop. Wrong cup for her juice. Misplaced baby/blanket/toy. Seatbelt not buckled. Wrong item cooked for lunch. Not enough blueberries or too many. Blueberry smeared on shirt. And on and on…
Induce the following results:
“I don’t like you Momma”.
Writhing on the floor.
I’ve questioned, particularly in the last few weeks, if I’m cut out to be the mom of girls. Guess it’s too late now, right? Any good books, advice you can share would be fab. My patience was exhausted last year on this one. God love her – and I do very much – I just am struggling with how to be the best Mom to her. Ugh.
