Happy Momma’s Day!

Hello there blog stalkers. As you can imagine, today is a great day for all Mom’s. Just to clear your minds, Kathryn is not writing her own post today. I hijacked the blog again for the day. Hopefully, you will see how much I love my wife and the great mother that she has become.

Just a little over 8 years ago, we were graced with one master William. As K mentioned in an earlier post, our time as parents has certainly grown over the years. It must be the Holy Spirit because we certainly couldn’t do this on our own!

What a special vocation – Motherhood. I can’t begin to understand what it is like to be pregnant and carry a life in your belly for 9 months, but I was there for the birth for all four of our children and boy was it special. What an awesome experience to see your baby enter this world. Even better is seeing that baby go to mommy for the first time. Kathryn has become the mother that I always thought she would become. I know Mary has been a great guide for her and me during our time as parents.

Sure, we all struggle now and then with making the best choices as parents, but Kathryn continues to amaze me with her gentle spirit, wisdom and guidance. I am so happy we made the decision 8 years ago for her to stay home with our children. It has made all the difference in the world. I love you!

Of course, this post wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the one that started it all – Mom/Granny. Here’s to you Mom for all that you did for me and continue to do. I am so glad you are in my life and that you are a part of my children’s lives. I love you and happy Mother’s Day.
